Docecuarenta Coffee Roasters

The family spent some time in Los Cabos that summer. We took a day drive up the coast to Todos Santos and it was probably our best experience of the whole trip. Found Docecuarenta — a big industrial warehouse down a dirt road in a palm and mango grove. Picked up a bag of their Chiapas (La Concordia, Custepec) bourbon variety. They roast everything daily on-site and source exclusively from Mexican plantations. Sometimes the best coffee finds are the ones you stumble into on a random road trip.
